Introduction

The Artificial Intelligence Research and Promotion Center, NSYSU, was established in July, 2019. The AI researches and applications mainly focus on Machine Learning Theory, Computer Vision Identification, Medicine, Robotics, Manufacture, Communication, Finance, Management, Electrical Energy, Aquaculture etc.

The main purposes of the AI center are,

• 1. Integrating the AI research, teaching, and industry-academic experiences in campus.
• 2. Assisting the communication and cooperation for cross-domain research.
• 3. Connecting the industry and academic collaboration.
• 4. Promoting the upgrading of industries by those achievements of research projects.

In AI talented training, we extend the application of AI researches to AI courses. AI Center offers related courses to help cooperated institution training their own AI professional employees. Therefore, the AI issues can be solved by the well-trained team with AI skills.

In research feedback, we expect the practical datasets offered by industries can equally improve researchers’ projects on AI directions and personnel training methods. By the way, the campus researchers in NSYSU can promote the competition abilities on both academic and teaching.

In the future, we also plan to create the visit opportunities with international AI centers. By the communication, we hope more AI technology can be promoted.
